Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with 77z7

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 77z7 website accessible at https://77z7.io, including all pages, games, betting markets, account management features, and payment systems operated thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 77z7 Platform for any purpose.
• "Account" means the personal account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total real-money funds held within a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits awarded to a Player pursuant to a promotional offer, welcome bonus, reload offer, free spin award, or any other incentive scheme operated by 77z7.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked by a Player before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification procedures that 77z7 requires all Players to complete before processing withdrawal requests.
• "BDT" means Bangladeshi Taka (৳), the currency in which all Account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and promotional amounts are denominated on the Platform.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, region, or territory from which access to and use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

2 Eligibility and Registration Requirements

2.1 Minimum Age

Use of the 77z7 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. By creating an Account, you warrant and represent that you are at least 21 years old. 77z7 takes underage gambling extremely seriously and will terminate any Account where the minimum age requirement is found to have been violated, with any funds in such Account subject to forfeiture pending investigation.

2.2 Jurisdiction

By registering an Account, you confirm that gambling is not prohibited by the laws applicable to you in your place of residence or jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 77z7 makes no representation that the Platform is accessible or appropriate for use in all locations.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are acting under any form of compulsion, incapacity, or if you are accessing the Platform in a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited, you must not proceed with registration.

3 Account Registration and Security

3.1 Registration Process

To use the full features of 77z7, you must register an Account by providing accurate and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You agree to keep all registration information current and to notify 77z7 promptly of any changes.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account at a time. The creation of multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited. 77z7 employs automated detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, all associated Accounts may be closed and any balances or pending withdrawals may be voided pending investigation.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 77z7 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such access results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification

77z7 may require you to submit identity verification documents at any time, including but not limited to:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (screenshot of mobile banking app for bKash, Nagad, or Rocket)
• Source-of-funds documentation for large deposit or withdrawal amounts

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

77z7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time and is subject to the operational status of the relevant payment provider.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Amounts

• Minimum single deposit: ৳500
• Minimum single withdrawal: ৳1,000
• Maximum single withdrawal (standard accounts): ৳200,000 per transaction
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳500,000

77z7 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time. Players with verified VIP status may be subject to individually negotiated limits.

4.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are credited to the Player's Account balance within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Withdrawal requests from fully verified Accounts are processed within 15 minutes during standard operating hours (06:00–24:00 Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed on the next business day. Bank transfer withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the receiving institution.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on the 77z7 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). 77z7 does not charge currency conversion fees. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are outside 77z7's control and are your responsibility.

4.5 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds credited to your Account are not directly withdrawable. Bonus funds may only be converted to withdrawable cash after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before the Wagering Requirement is met will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount and any associated winnings derived from that bonus.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New Players who make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for a welcome bonus of up to ৳25,000. The welcome bonus is a 100% match of the first deposit amount, up to the stated maximum. The welcome bonus is subject to a 35x Wagering Requirement calculated on the bonus amount. The welcome bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of being credited, after which it will expire and be removed from the Account balance.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Each Player is entitled to one welcome bonus. Creating additional Accounts to claim the welcome bonus multiple times is prohibited.
• Bonuses may only be used on games and betting markets designated as eligible under the specific promotion terms.
• 77z7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and hold no cash value prior to the satisfaction of applicable Wagering Requirements.
• If 77z7 has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is abusing a promotional offer — including but not limited to low-risk betting patterns designed to satisfy Wagering Requirements without genuine play — 77z7 reserves the right to void the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Reload and Ongoing Promotions

Reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spin awards, and seasonal promotions (including special offers during Eid, Pohela Boishakh, IPL, and BPL seasons) are each subject to individual terms and conditions published on the relevant promotional page. General bonus rules apply unless the individual promotion terms state otherwise.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Availability

77z7 offers casino games, live dealer tables, and sports betting markets supplied by certified third-party providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. The availability of specific games and markets may change at any time due to provider decisions, technical requirements, or regulatory considerations.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits vary by game and market. The applicable limits are displayed within the game or betting interface before any wager is placed. 77z7 reserves the right to impose individual stake limits on any Account at its discretion.

6.3 Finality of Results

All game results, once settled, are final. 77z7 uses independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to determine game outcomes. In the event of a technical error that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 77z7 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account balance.

6.4 Sports Betting

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77z7 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and where appropriate, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers without direct human interaction
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets
• Match-fixing or placing bets based on inside information or corrupted sporting events
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering or to obscure the origin of funds
• Creating multiple Accounts, or using another person's identity to register an Account
• Engaging in systematic arbitrage strategies that exploit discrepancies in odds for guaranteed profit without genuine gambling risk
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 77z7 staff or other Players through any communication channel
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to 77z7's systems, databases, or any other Player's Account

8 Responsible Gaming

77z7 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide all Players with access to the following self-management tools, available within the Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit
• Session Time Reminders: Receive alerts after a specified duration of continuous play
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications showing time elapsed and net wagering position
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from accessing the Platform for a period of your choice, ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77z7 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name 77z7, the Platform logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text, and data — is the intellectual property of 77z7 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Platform content without written authorisation from 77z7
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Platform software
• Use the 77z7 brand, logo, or name in any commercial context or in a manner that suggests endorsement by 77z7

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77z7 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss resulting from circumstances beyond 77z7's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, third-party provider downtime, or force majeure events
• Any losses arising from your failure to safeguard your Account credentials
• Any inaccuracy in game results or odds arising from data errors provided by third-party data suppliers, where such errors are corrected by 77z7 promptly upon discovery

77z7's total aggregate liability to you under these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you into your Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure by the Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting the 77z7 support team at [email protected]. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests must be processed and any active bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money balances will be returned to you via your registered payment method following successful identity verification.

11.2 Suspension or Closure by 77z7

77z7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or association with prohibited conduct
• Provision of false or misleading registration information
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more
• Any conduct that 77z7 reasonably considers harmful to the Platform, other Players, or the integrity of the games offered

11.3 Inactive Accounts

An Account is considered inactive if no login, deposit, withdrawal, or wagering activity has occurred for a continuous period of 12 months. 77z7 will make reasonable attempts to notify you by email before applying an inactivity fee. An inactivity fee of ৳200 per month may be deducted from the Account balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the Account will be closed.

12 Amendments to These Terms

77z7 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification to the address on file and by publication of the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the Platform following the notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date of the changes.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the Platform, 77z7 encourages Players to first seek resolution through our customer support team at [email protected].

Should a dispute remain unresolved after good-faith engagement with our support team, both parties agree to attempt resolution through binding mediation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings. Nothing in this clause limits 77z7's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
